Hearts in Action Peru
Hearts in Action Peru was born by divine appointment when Mario Babarczy, founder of Hearts in Action International, met Pastors Tom and Kim Roof, missionaries in Peru, at a teacher training in the year 2000. Pastor Tom & Kim’s passion for ministering to the children and youth combined with Mario’s heart to see the vision expand is how it all began. The current directors are Paul and Alida Bowers, who are taking this vision and running with it.

P.I.E.S. Peru is the children's sponsorship and charity program branch of Hearts in Action Peru providing Better Education and Better Nutrition for a Better Life for the children, many of which are living in poverty.
